1.     Tips for Kingdom Living – A Kingdom Leader

  1. A Kingdom Leader IS PATIENT and willing to wait for God, and trust God, to break through and manifest His power; He will do that because of His love for His people AND for the lost.

  1. A Kingdom Leader IS CALLED to the city and to their vocation AND also empowers others to lead because of their heart for the city, their vocation and the lost.

  1. A Kingdom Leader Chooses to live a lifestyle of Prayer and Worship – repentance and forgiveness are walked out on a daily basis with confidence that God is our only source of power to solver the problems we face.

  1. A Kingdom Leader IS HUMBLE, humble enough to be effective as a team leader without domineering.  Willing to acknowledge we cannot do it alone.

  1. A Kingdom Leader has no selfish ambition – no personal agenda - God’s agenda is their only purpose and they can easily answer “yes’ if God asks them these questions: “Would you give up your church, business, or ministry?” OR “Would you be OK if it shrunk for the greater purposes of reaching your city and the lost for Jesus?”

  1. A Kingdom Leader IS TRANSPARENT – is willing to walk in total transparency with bumper people around them and holding them back.

  1. A Kingdom Leader can check yes to these statements – if you can check yes to these statements  then you have an understanding that prayer, worship, confession, repentance, forgiveness, working together, doing life together are lifestyles for you and not one time events.

2.     Strategic Advice for the Remnant – The Opposite Spirit

If we want to see change, change in ourselves, our city, our church or a change in more people coming to the Lord, the best strategy is to come in the opposite spirit that is hindering the change.

What does this mean?

It means that if we have a spirit of Pride, we must practice, cultivate and pray for a spirit of humility and repentant heart.

If we have a spirit of unrighteousness, we must practice, cultivate and pray for a spirit of righteousness.

If we have a spirit of selfishness, we must practice, cultivate and pray for a spirit of generosity.

If we have a spirit of anger, we must practice, cultivate and pray for a spirit of peace and death to self.

If we have a spirit of self-centeredness (jealousy, rivalry), we must practice, cultivate and pray for a spirit of sacrifice.

If we have a spirit of accusation (judging, criticism, mocking), we must practice, cultivate and pray for a spirit of grace.

If we have a spirit of confusion, we must practice, cultivate and pray for a spirit of Godly wisdom.

If we have a spirit of busyness, we must practice, cultivate and pray fo a spirit of waiting on God.

If we have a spirit of lust (coveting), we must practice, cultivate and pray for a spirit of holiness.

3.           Scripture Guidance & Inspiration

Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed; blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.

 John 20:29

 The King James Version

Christianity IS NOT something you DO, such as read your Bible, go to church or pray. It IS something you LIVE; it is how you act, allow yourself to think, allow your attitude to be affected by others, treat others, and how you discipline yourself in what you look at or how you control your pride. It is a lifestyle lived in HUMILITY, knowing you are a sinner and only by God's grace and mercy can you be saved and salvaged from eternal hell.

4. Thoughts for Meditation

SO GOD CREATED MUSIC – 2 Samuel 1:17-27 NIV

From the earliest time, music has played an important role in worship.  The earliest recorded song is found in Exodus 15, when Moses and Miriam sang God’s praises for  delivering Israel from Egypt.  The longest list of songs in scripture is the entire book of Psalms, all one hundred and fifty of them.  Music was so important to David in his worship of the Lord, that he ordered his men to learn the words to the song recorded in 2 Samuel 1:17-27.  But why is music so important?  What’s so different about music?  Emotion.  Depth.  Feeling.  Expression.

God is the great Communicator – just look at the extent to which He went to give us the Bible.  And He is filled with emotion – a fact recorded over and over in His Word.  His deep desire is to have a close, deep, intimate relationship with each and every one of us.  The problem is, you and I are very shallow communicators.  It is extremely difficult for us to show or to express emotion.  In our personal communications with friends, we are shallow, only touching on the top edges of emotion, fearful of allowing the depth of our feelings to be seen.  In our personal communications with God, we are no different.  Our prayers are so often “vain repetitions” – easy, light words that aren’t difficult to say, words that don’t reveal the true emotions behind them.  Even our praise is shallow, never quite touching on the depth of our praise for our Savior and Lord.

So God created music.  Through music, we can say the words that are so difficult to speak on their own.  Through music, we can feel and express emotion – emotion too deep and too frightening to express in any other way.  Music can give us energy we didn’t know we had.  It can cause us to weep with sadness or shout with joy.  It allows us to express the depth of our praise to the One by Whose grace we live and breath.

If you find it difficult to express your innermost thoughts and emotions to God, sing them.  Pick out a Psalm and put it to music, changing the words so they fit your particular situation.  And sing it to God.  At your worship service, sing out the words to the songs and feel them in your heart.  Allow yourself to feel and express the deepest emotions in your soul, and to have that warm, personal, intimate – and emotional – relationship with God.

“Praise the Lord.  Praise God in His sanctuary; praise Him in His mighty heavens.  Praise Him for His acts of power; praise Him for His surpassing greatness.  Praise Him with the sound of the trumpet, praise Him with the harp and lyre, praise Him with tambourine and dancing, praise Him with the strings and flute, praise Him with the clash of cymbals, praise Him with resounding cymbals.  Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.  Praise the Lord.”  Psalm 150

End times watch 82 - Ever Growing Kingdom – Never Changing Religion By Ron McGatlin

End times watch. Father desires to increase your life in His kingdom today, tomorrow, and forever.

He desires to live His ever-increasing kingdom life in you by His Spirit.

There is no end and no limit to the love and power of God.

The increase of the government of Christ (His kingdom rule) will not end.

Daily in the kingdom there is opportunity to “boldly go where no man has gone.” The frontier is ever increasing before us. While we slept last night, the kingdom increased. More of God, more of His ways, more of His life, more of His kingdom appears before us to be explored and experienced with Him. Fresh new creation is ever before us in which to experience the love and glory of God Almighty, the never ending King of endless life.

End times watch 83 - Take up your Cross - Ron Graham

The Romans weren’t the ones who invented the torture of the cross, but they did perfect it. All those living in the times when the cross was used as a source of execution understood the severity of the inhumane torture inflicted upon the cross. No one in those days wanted to be reminded of what the cross represented.

End times watch 84 - Prophecy On Fast-Forward - Written by: Dr. Thomas Ice

Things are moving so fast in the last six months and stage-setting events are happening so fast that no one person can keep up with events. Prophecy is on fast-forward! I recall a conservative political commentator saying that the Democratic Party was the "A" team, while the Republicans were the "B" team on the road to socialism. Boy, oh boy was that a truism. That is just how fast things are moving.

I needed a web site but had no idea how to build it.

It was all greek, mysterious and intimidating to me.

I paid to have a web site built – cost me a lot of money. But the good thing (I thought) was I could maintain it and add to it myself through a control panel.

This was supposed to save me money – but guess what – I could never get it to work properly. Way to difficult and complicated to understand.

The site looked good but no traffic came and it was a waste of time and money!  After four years I had to get rid of the site and find another way.

I found the solution! It is Site Build it.

This is absolutely fantastic and I can not say enough good about it!
