are personal values of the author of this site.
1. We value
knowing God and putting Him first in our lives.
Principle: Intimacy with
God empowers people for effective ministry.
Actions:
a. We will live
a life yielded to the Lordship of Christ.
b. We will make
fervent, united personal and corporate prayer a top priority in our lives.
c. We will
teach, through the Tabernacle Prayer, the value of a sanctified heart, of
humility and of right relationships.
d. We will be
passionate about our spiritual growth.
e. We will be
committed to inspiring worship of God.
f. We will
pursue the presence of, and intimacy with, God in our lives, our homes, and our
worship services.
g. We will change
methods as often as needed so that we can effectively reach the lost in relevant
and effective ways.
h. We will
expect the miraculous.
i. We will
expect the operation of the gifts of the Spirit through people under authority
in our lives and activities.
2. We value
loving relationships.
Principle: Our
relationships with, and forgiveness of, mankind must be in order so that our
relationship with and forgiveness from the Father will be in order.
Actions:
a. We will seek
clear, open and honest communications.
b. We will share
the vision of where we are going so people can participate and take ownership.
c. We will seek
to advance those with teachable and trainable spirits.
d. We will expect
all to submit to God’s order of authority.
e. We will
minister to each other over the internet, facebook and twitter in this 21st
Century Church..
f. We will be
servants to others.
g. We will be
involved in the community in which we live.
h. We will seek
personal, corporate and community repentance and reconciliation.
i. We will be
people based.
3. We value
reaching the lost.
Principle: God desires
that all men be saved and come to knowledge of the truth and that none should
perish. (I Tim. 2:4,5 and II Peter 3:9)
Actions:
a. We will
emphasis the development of a burning heart for evangelism.
b. We will
passionately desire spiritual breakthrough for the harvest.
c. We will pray
for and seek a compassion and a passion for lost souls.
d. We will
confront the demonic when necessary with power encounters.
e. We will
engage in need-orientated evangelism.
f. We will
engage in servant evangelism.
g. We will engage
in prayer evangelism.
h. We will
engage in friendship evangelism.
i. We will
conduct events to draw the unbeliever.
j. We will
conduct outreach and support missions.
k. We will
develop penetration strategies into geographical areas to reach the lost and to
break spiritual strongholds over those areas.
4. We value
multiplication of disciples to send workers back out into the harvest field.
Principle: Leadership is
critical for a vital, growing church.
Actions:
a. We will train
leaders at every level for multiplication.
b. We will
empower leaders to pursue multiplication.
c. We will
expect persevering leadership.
d. We will give
care and attention to all new believers in order to reproduce in them the
character of Christ.
e. We will
believe in people and mobilize them according to their gifts to the best of our
ability.
f. We will
encourage innovation and creativity.
g. We will
transform our homes, workplaces, neighborhoods, and cities by saturating them
with the presence of God through the lives of the internet participants living
in those locations.
h. We will
conduct diagnostic research to identify spiritual strongholds that would hinder
our mission.
5. We value
the empowerment of people.
Principle: People who are
empowered accomplish great things for the kingdom.
Actions:
a. We will
empower people for ministry through equipping and training for the harvest.
b. We will assume
that every person can become a minister leader.
c. We will
support, and assist with, the growth of every person as a minister.
d. We will
practice gift-orientated ministry under authority.
e. We will be
pursue passionate spirituality.
f. We will
strive for inspiring worship with our families and friends.
g. We will
endorse, and move toward, unity of purpose and spirit.
h. We will
provide training in different methods to present the gospel to non-believers.
i. We will
provide training for integrating new believers into the Body of Christ.
j. We will
insist upon living with integrity, honesty and forthrightness.
k. We will seek
excellence in our attitudes and behaviors dealing with faith, determination,
perseverance and delaying self gratification for the purpose of fulfilling of
the will of God that none should perish.
